We have multiple smaller furnaces in our foundry which allow us to cast a variety of parts in different alloys in the same production cycle. This means both shorter lead times and a greater choice of materials for our customers. We can procure and cast most LM, BSL and American series alloys by arrangement. Common ingot specifications we use are:

Our casting weight capacity is variable from 100g to 100kg or more depending on the part. Production capacity can be up to 1000 parts per weeks due to efficient processing, this allows us to keep lead times short.
